Call the Limitless customer service line on 0333 004 4411 and report it as soon as possible. We’ll be able to issue a new card right away. (Replacement cards cost £5.) Calls are charged at local rates.

Of course! Once you’ve joined, you can book your first Limitless tickets online, using the account details you created in the joining process. And in your welcome email you'll find a temporary digital membership card, which you can use in cinema immediately to enjoy all the great things Limitless has to offer. Make sure you print it out or have it ready on your phone screen when you come to see us.

Membership cards should arrive within 10 working days of the date you joined, so please check your welcome email to ensure that this time has passed. If 10 working days have passed since you joined, you should call the Limitless customer service number on 0333 0044411 to check on the delivery status. Calls are charged at local rates.
