ODEON says....
A family lives in ‘A Quiet Place’, isolated from anyone else. They never make any noise, communicating entirely in sign language, because something’s out there that attacks at any sound.

They don’t know what it is, but they do know how to avoid it. Listen closely, move carefully, and never make a sound. Otherwise, whatever it is that’s menacing them will hear, it will come for them, and they won’t be able to escape.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski star in ‘A Quiet Place’, a nerve-wracking horror about this family’s desperate struggle to stay safe and silent.

Quiet Place

Reviewer: Starry 21Date: 2018-06-14

I quite enjoyed this film, the only thing that spoilt it for me was being able to see the creatures. It would have been so much better if they had left some views to the imagination. I found them to be poorly constructed which spoilt it for me.

Different.

Pleasantly surprised by this. Good storyline littered with jumpy moments and psychological bits that make you think. Worth seeing on the big screen because it may lose some of the effects on tv.

Superb!

This is a great horror film. So clever with very little dialogue. The rarely seen aliens are terrifying and the ending is as satisfying as the end of Jaws. All the leads are engaging and emotive without uttering a single word. Just the job!

unique

So nice to finally watch a unique storyline, although a bit vague as to how these monsters started to become what they are, the film mostly concentrated on how to survive & how they hunt rather than how they became to exist!
