ODEON says...
Spike Lee doesn't pull his punches...

Ron Stallworth, an African-American detective in the 1970s, answered a newspaper advert seeking new members for the Ku Klux Klan to try and infiltrate the organisation. He became the ‘BlacKkKlansman’.

By pretending to be a white supremacist on the phone and sending a white officer in his place to any meetings, he was able not only to join but to rise up through the ranks. Using his unique position, he managed to sabotage a lot of the Klan’s activities.

Spike Lee directs and Jordan Peele produces ‘BlacKkKlansman’, an unbelievable true story starring John David Washington.

Funniest antiwhite fantasy film since Imperium. Draws lots of similarities between the current political climate and those of the past, although it's blunt and by the end gives up on all subtlties and let's you know Trump is in-fact a grand wizard.

Stunning film. Spike lea has made a really good film. adventurous, funny, embarrassing (I am WASP!) and then he hits you at the end of the film. That's the WOW moment. He just trumps all his other films. (SIC).

This is definitely a film of our time. Although the topic is touchy it’s not a depressing film. It’s entertaining as much as it can be. There are some great scenes . Storyline is consistent. It tells both side of the story. Find time to watch.
