Find out why the story of Motorsport's greatest race is a must-see!

Academy Award-winners Matt Damon and Christian Bale star in 'Le Mans '66', based on the true story of the visionary American car designer Carroll Shelby and the fearless British-born driver Ken Miles, who together battled corporate interference, the laws of physics, and their own personal demons to build a revolutionary race car for Ford Motor Company and take on the dominating race cars of Enzo Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France in 1966.

Outstanding

Anyone who didn't love this film must have water in their veins. It's gritty, funny, and totally absorbing. There is, of course, a little Holywood creativity but it is essentially a true story of courage, skill, and perseverance. Totally gripping!

Need for speed!

A great movie. Christian Bale gives a power house performance and Matt Damon is superb in his role. A touching family dynamic; a loving Mum, Dad and child study which you rarely see in movies today and the racing is just awesome, Very good film.

Loved it!

Despite being a long film it is absolutely brilliant and it kept me gripped all the way through.. Loved the characters and it is a true story. Would highly recommend, even if you're not a motor racing fan.

Good, but....

Good film, enjoyed it.... just wished it was not the Americans trying to re-write history, pretty sure the UK developed the chassis/car.... the engine was american though....
