How to hit the target with Robin Hood

Robin of Loxley has returned home from the Crusades to an England undergoing its own conflict. Disguising himself and becoming ‘Robin Hood’, he joins the fight against the corrupt crown.

Living a double life – fighting the nobility as Hood and one of them as Loxley – he’ll face his greatest battle yet. But everyone in England is curious to know who’s under the hood, and how long can he keep his secret?

Taron Egerton stars as ‘Robin Hood’ in this thrilling reimagining of the legend, alongside Jamie Foxx as Little John and Ben Mendelsohn as the Sherriff of Nottingham.

This film contains a sequence of flashing lights which might affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.

Designers deserve credit for giving a contempory feel, in particular in costume design. Also the scriptwriters who told a story of Middle East conflict, Western support for terrorists, political corruption and people's protest similar to Paris now.

For once I disagree with other reviews and have to say I really enjoyed this film, not you’re usual Robin Hood and given a different twist. Ended with the option for another film. Look forward to it if there is.

One of the worst films ever made and irritating that there are black people forced into every possible scene which is not historically accurate - all in the name of pushing political correctness. Crap!
