ODEON says...
The humans behind ‘Despicable Me’ take it upon themselves to reveal ‘The Secret Life Of Pets’ and show us what our animals get up to when we leave the house.

Max is Katie’s terrier, and lives a pampered life as her favourite pet. But Max’s world is turned upside down when she brings home a sloppy mongrel called Duke, and he has to accept that he’s not the only dog in her world any more.

Featuring the voices of Louis C.K., Kevin Hart and Lake Bell, come and learn about ‘The Secret Life Of Pets’. You’ll never look at your dog the same way again.

“ It does deliver brilliantly when it comes to visual jokes, action set pieces, physical comedy and unabashed silliness ”

“ It’s a likable film, with a witty script worthy of the comedic talent providing the voices ”

I watched this as an adult without kids and I enjoyed it. A bit too kiddy, which obviously is to be expected, but nonetheless so funny cos if you have a pet, you can relate. A bit random in places though.

This movie is better than the other Illumination movies. I also liked the minions short at the beginning. That made me, Carla & Katie laugh. I also can't wait for SING! to come out next January. It's like watching The X Factor. Anyways, love the film.
